Intra Energy Limited recognizes its responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is committed to ensuring transparency within our organization and with our suppliers of goods and services. These entities form the supply chain of our company.
Currently, Intra Energy Limited sources its products and goods solely from within the UK and the EU.
As part of our due diligence processes concerning slavery and human trafficking, our supplier approval process includes a review of the controls implemented by the supplier. Imported goods from outside the UK and EU are potentially at higher risk for slavery and human trafficking issues. The level of management control required for these sources will be continuously monitored by the company’s director.
Our company will not engage with any business known to be involved in slavery or human trafficking. The company director and senior management are responsible for implementing this policy, achieving its objectives, and providing adequate resources (such as training) and investment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within the organization or its supply chain.
A complete copy of this policy and the Modern Slavery Act 2015 will be accessible to all employees electronically and can be obtained from the HR department upon request.
This policy will be reviewed and published annually.
This policy aligns with and supports the policies, procedures, and requirements documented in our Quality Management System. The implementation and operation of this management system underscore our commitment to this policy. Formal procedures concerning slavery and human trafficking have been established, including disciplinary actions for breaches. This policy should be communicated to all levels of the company and regularly reviewed by the directors to ensure its ongoing suitability and relevance to company activities.
